We do not use your project or customer text to train AI models.

• OpenAI for AI processing
• Stripe for payment processing
• Hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure used by the application

6. Payments

Payment card information is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). ScopeGuard does not directly store complete card details. When you subscribe, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Data retention

Data is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate the business, subject to applicable provider retention practices.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information about third parties without permission.

9. User choices and rights

You can update your account details, manage your subscription, or delete your account from the Account page. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we need to retain it for legal or security reasons.
